How can I assess if Contractable is suitable for my business?
To try contractable is free and easy. Apply to create a free Basic level account. However, configuring an environment with features from the higher teir subscription requires some configuration and onboarding assistance. Upon completing a product demonstration, we can provide a fully build out trial account with demo data present for assessment.
What if I am unhappy with my subscription?
You can change any paid subscription plan at any time within your account settings. If you are considering cancelling, please contact us via the platform livechat and let us know your feedback or concerns. We’re constantly improving Contractable, so we appreciate your feedback!
How do I manage my user and project entitlements?
If you’re business is undergoing rapid growth and you require access to more live projects or user entitlements, these can be self managed within your account settings. If you require any help to get the combination set to your subscription, contact support via our platform live chat.
Who do I talk to about managing my account?
With every Contractable account on a Pro level subscription or higher has an assigned Customer Success Account Manager assigned to assist with all queries. All subscription levels (even Basic free & trial accounts!) can access in-platform chat support.
How does Outsourced Virtual Assistant services work?
We can provide fully trained offshore staffing skilled in disciplines including accounts admin, bookkeeping, creative services, customer/sales/it support, lead generation, technical estimating & project management tasks via the Contractable platform. Services can be purchased in monthly time blocks and included within your monthly service subscription.
