The documents that govern
your use of Contractable
Plain summaries of the documents that apply to you, and the state each one is in. A summary is a guide; the document itself is what binds.
What applies to you, and when
| Document | Governs | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Privacy Policy | What personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we disclose it to, and how you access or correct it. | Published |
| Cookies and measurement | Cookies set by our website, and by third-party services running on it. | Choices available |
| Website Terms of Use | Use of contractable.co itself — not the platform. | Published |
| Master Services Agreement | The commercial agreement for subscribing customers: services, fees, software licence, liability, term and termination. | Provided with your agreement |
| Platform Terms — EULA | Each authorised user’s access to and use of the software. | Published |
| Earlier agreements | Existing signed agreements are not amended by this website update. Contact us for the documents applicable to your account. | Account-specific |
Full documents are issued with your agreement rather than posted here, except the Privacy Policy, Website Terms of Use and Platform EULA, which are published in full. Contracting entity for all of the above: Contractable Pty Ltd, ACN 678 227 695, 53/104 Bathurst Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Governing law: New South Wales.
What we do with your information
We collect what we need to answer you, to provide the platform, and to run the business behind it — your name and contact details when you get in touch, and standard technical data when you visit the site.
Project data you put into the platform is yours. We do not own it. We access it to run the service, diagnose faults and improve the product, and we may create anonymised statistical data from it. We do not sell it.
Our platform is hosted in Australia. Some business, website and communications providers process information overseas; see the Privacy Policy for details.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask to be taken off our marketing list, or make a complaint — all through the Privacy Officer at hello@contractable.co. A complaint gets investigated and answered in writing.
This summary does not replace the Privacy Policy. Where the two differ, the Privacy Policy applies. Requests about information held inside a customer’s account go to that business first — the policy explains why.
