Website Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of contractable.co and any page on it (the Site). The Site is operated by Contractable Pty Ltd (ACN 678 227 695, ABN 55 678 227 695) of 53/104 Bathurst Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (we, us, our).

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These terms do not govern the Contractable platform. Use of the platform is governed by our Master Services Agreement with the business that holds the account, and by the End User Licence Agreement that each authorised user accepts. Where those documents and these terms differ, those documents apply.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our products and services, to contact us, and to request a demonstration or an account. You must not:

use the Site in a way that breaches any law, infringes anyone's rights, or gives rise to civil or
criminal liability;
interfere with the Site or the systems behind it, including by transmitting malicious code;
use automated tools in a way that disrupts the Site, bypasses access controls or infringes rights;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, any account, or any system connected
to it; or
use the Site, or anything on it, to build or assist in building a competing product.

Our content

All content on the Site — text, images, diagrams, layout, design, trade marks and the Contractable name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may read it, and you may quote or link to it with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt or distribute it commercially without our prior written consent.

Accuracy of information on the Site

We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. The Site is general information about our products and services. It is not advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Product descriptions reflect capability at the time of publication and may change. Nothing on the Site forms part of any agreement between us unless it is incorporated into a signed agreement.

Where the Site shows figures, screens or reports drawn from demonstration data, they are labelled as illustrative. They are examples of how the platform presents information, not a representation about any particular business's results.

Third-party links

The Site may link to sites we do not operate. We do not control their content or their privacy practices and we are not responsible for them. Following a link is at your own risk.

Availability

We try to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site, including through cookies and through our advertising. It forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, including any consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss or corruption of data.

Changes

We may amend these terms by publishing an updated version on this page. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
