Configured around your jobs,
not a blank account.

Most software arrives empty and asks you to fill it in. The work below is how your estimating, your cost codes and your claim cycle get into the platform before anyone relies on it.

Where it starts

Discovery audit

We map your current stack end to end — what you estimate in, what you claim from, where the hours come from and what your accountant needs back. You get a written keep, replace and integrate blueprint.

It is a paid engagement and the blueprint is yours either way. If the answer is that Contractable is the wrong fit for how you work, that is a useful answer and you still own the map.

Before you commit

Pilot on real projects

A pilot is a partially configured real account, not a demonstration sandbox. Two of your live projects go in with their actual break-ups, claim cycles and site hours, against success criteria agreed before it starts.

You judge the platform on your own jobs, with your own numbers, before committing to a full rollout.

Getting the team running

Onboarding and configuration

Importing pre-builds out of your estimating software, mapping supplier catalogues, building your labour cost codes, configuring prelims and turning off what you do not use. Plus training for the people who will live in it daily.

Fastrack onboarding and training are scoped to the size of the configuration. Complex migrations are scoped from the discovery audit rather than quoted blind.

Beyond the standard build

Custom configuration

Where your operation needs something the standard build does not cover, components can be scoped as fixed-price work with defined acceptance. We will tell you plainly when something is not worth building.
